Warranty Policy
90-Day Warranty Policy
All ADAS calibrations performed by our team are covered by a 90-day warranty from the date the service is completed. This warranty applies only to the specific calibration work we performed and ensures that the system was calibrated according to OEM procedures at the time of service. If an issue arises that is directly related to our calibration and verified through inspection, we will recheck and recalibrate the system at no additional cost.
What the Warranty Covers
-
Recalibration of the same ADAS component(s) originally serviced
-
Issues directly caused by improper calibration procedures
-
Review of documentation and diagnostic reports related to the original service
What the Warranty Does NOT Cover
Vehicle Damage or Alteration
• Any collision damage, minor or major • Glass, body, suspension, or alignment work performed after calibration • Ride height changes or alignment changes • Replacement of ADAS components after the original service • Mechanical or structural changes affecting sensor or camera mounting points

Aftermarket Accessories and Modifications
• Grille guards, bull bars, brush guards, winches, lift kits, leveling kits, custom bumpers, lighting, emblems, decals, wraps, license plate mounts, trailer hitches, or other non OEM accessories • Aftermarket accessories that alter sensor field of view, radar reflectivity, or camera perception • Successful calibration does not guarantee OEM intended performance when aftermarket equipment is installed • Any reduced performance, false alerts, or altered ADAS behavior caused by aftermarket equipment

Environmental or External Factors
• Acts of God including hail, flooding, wind damage, lightning, or extreme weather • Off road use, severe driving impacts, or use outside normal on road conditions • Dirt, debris, tinting, coatings, or obstructions affecting cameras or sensors

Electrical or System Related Issues
• Battery or voltage related issues • Programming, software updates, or configuration changes performed after our service • Wiring, connector, or harness failures unrelated to our work

Additional Repairs or Work Performed by Others
• Any diagnostic, repair, programming, or calibration work performed by third parties after our visit • Changes made without notifying us prior to recalibration or warranty evaluation

Additional Considerations
• OEM ADAS systems are designed and validated using factory components, geometry, and ride height • Any deviation from OEM configuration may affect system performance even if calibration completes successfully • ADAS features are driver assist technologies and do not replace safe driving practices • The driver remains fully responsible for vehicle operation at all times • Warranty claims require access to the vehicle in the condition presented along with original service documentation
